Adam Eason graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA in Music in 2008. He spent the years afterwards teaching private lessons across the Dallas area, as well as freelancing in bands and orchestras. In addition, he performed and composed for Open Classical, a group which brings classical music to a variety on non-traditional venues in Dallas-Ft. Worth. He taught at the Rockwall School of Music from 2010-2017 before moving to Portland in 2017. He has since been setting up a new teaching studio, as well as performing with Classical Revolution PDX
Most recently, Adam was featured as a composer and performer at the 2018 Oregon Bach Festival Composer’s Symposium. In addition, he has been featured as a composer-performer in Classical Revolution PDX’s “Trans-Genre Project,” and helped to organize, and perform in, a benefit recital for the MusicLink Foundation.
